Design Terms of Service➸You may do whatever you want with my designs! Redesign, change the species, resell for higher, make them into a marketable plushie, I don’t care. You own all the rights to the character. The exception to this is closed species designs, and in that case you should refer to the species rules.➸When purchasing a character from me, I can hold the design for up to a week.➸I prefer to be credited through toyhouse (my user is Galawhim)Commission Terms of Service and General Rules:➸I take payment in USD. I will send a Paypal invoice to the client.➸Payment must be sent first (or if you'd like to wait until after I send the first sketch, please let me know beforehand).➸Payment must be sent within 48 hours or your hold on the commission slot will fall through.➸You must provide a clear reference photo for me to work from; no character descriptions (unless you’re commissioning a custom design).➸ After payment is received, I will send a first sketch for the client to approve. After the sketch is approved, I will send updates throughout the lining/coloring steps depending on the complexty of the commission (for example, minis won't have many updates because they are generally a quick process). Any requested edits will be changed and approved before continuing. If you would like more continuous updates, please ask upfront.➸At the moment, I won't draw from any real life photos of people.➸I can draw any species (feral, anthro, human, etc.) but more complicated designs may alter the price slightly. If you're unsure about a design or species, feel free to ask!➸I will only draw NSFW content for human and anthro characters. No heavy fetish art or gore.➸I may cancel or refuse any commission. If, for any reason, something comes up and I cannot complete your commission (though this is rare!) I will refund it completely. I do my best to keep clients consistently updated!➸You’re welcome to post your commission to social media or use it as a profile picture after it’s finished!➸Please dm me if you have any questions!
